On February 13, Eifman Ballet holds a gala concert “Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow” dedicated to its 40th anniversary at the Alexandrinsky Theatre, St. Petersburg. The jubilee event’s audience will see the past, the present and the future of the world-known company.
Eifman Ballet starts the year 2018 with the tour to Beijing, China. The tour takes place from January 5 to 7 at the Tianqiao Theatre and marks the second visit of the Company to the Chinese capital in the 2017–2018 season. Beijing audience will see the ballet Beyond Sin for the first time.
From December 17 to 23r Eifman Ballet will tour in Spain. The Сompany will perform in Pamplona, one of the oldest city of the country, and Barcelona. Eifman Ballet, which celebrates the 40th anniversary this year, will visit the capital of Catalonia for the first time. Audiences of both cities will see renowned Anna Karenina.

On November 17 and 18 the premiere of Boris Eifman’s Beyond Sin took place in Bratislava. One of most in-demand productions in the repertory of Eifman Ballet, the ballet based on The Brothers Karamazov novel by Fyodor Dostoyevsky was presented by the dancers of the Slovak National Theatre, the local orchestra and choir.
