The longest in the Company’s history tour in China started in the beginning of November. The ensemble travelled to the Celestial Empire with Anna Karenina. The performances were given in Shanghai, Beijing and other cities. The Chinese audience was greeting the Boris Eifman’s production with rapturous applause.
This October Eifman Ballet is on the 2-week tour in Germany and Austria. The tour will last from October 11 to 25. The dancers will visit Berlin, Dortmund, Bremen, Salzburg, and other cities. The German and Austrian audience will see the ballet Rodin for the first time.
The Moscow premiere of the ballet Up & Down will take place on September 29 and 30, and October 1 on the New Stage of the Bolshoi Theatre. The performances will be presented within the International Chereshnevy Les Open-Art Festival.
On September 22, right after the premiere of the revised version of the ballet Red Giselle, the Q&A session devoted to this well-known performance of Boris Eifman will take place.
