Requiem premieres in St. Petersburg

On January 27, on the day of celebrating 70th anniversary of the complete raising of the Nazi siege of Leningrad, the premiere of the Requiem ballet took place at the Alexandrinsky Theatre in St. Petersburg with a howling success. The WWII veterans, defenders and inhabitants of besieged city were invited to the performance. The premiere was also attended by President Vladimir Putin.
